I would like to bring to your attention the continued delay and repeated closure of my complaint without any resolution.
I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart on 26/03/2023, which was delivered on 28/03/2023. Along with the product, I also purchased Jeeves Insurance for extended protection.
I raised a service request on 26/11/2025 due to an issue with the washing machine. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved and the complaint has been closed repeatedly without proper action by the Jeeves agent Abdul +91 93813 65424 and not picking calls.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently, provide a permanent resolution, and ensure my insurance coverage is honored as per the policy terms.
