My complaint is regarding the non-delivery and mishandling of my order NYK-309880669-9844711, placed on 9 November 2025 with a committed delivery date of 13 November 2025 delivery number 76312347436.

Despite multiple assurances, the following serious service lapses occurred:
  1. Bluedart sent an “out for delivery” message and a “regret – undelivered” message on the same day 13th Nov 2025.
  2. On 14 November, the delivery agent called but did not speak, yet the order was falsely marked as “customer unavailable,” while I was at home the entire day.
  3. No delivery attempt was made on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, despite rescheduling.
  4. On Monday evening, after verifying my complete address and alternate contact number with Nykaa, the order was again incorrectly marked undelivered on Tuesday at 2:45 PM.
  5. Bluedart customer care informed me that the complete address was not provided by Nykaa, contradicting the verified details.
  6. On Wednesday, Bluedart asked me to collect the parcel from their Saket office, and after I refused (as this was not my responsibility), the parcel was returned to Nykaa without my consent.
  7. Upon checking current prices, the products now cost ₹500 more than the price at which I originally placed the order, due to discounts available at that time.
This entire sequence reflects gross negligence, false delivery reporting, lack of coordination, and unauthorized return of goods. I have all the call recordings of my conversation with customer care executives. Additionally, the price change now puts me at a financial disadvantage purely due to your service failures.

I would like to file complaint against both the companies Nykaa and Bluedart Courier services for causing me this pain.
