Hello,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a recent Ola rickshaw booking from Thane to Dombivli (Maharashtra) on Sunday, 10th August 2025 (evening).

The rickshaw condition was extremely poor, but I chose not to raise any complaint at that time. However, during the ride, the driver abruptly asked me to get down midway and insisted I pay the full fare, which I eventually did as he was arguing and pressuring me to get down.

What makes the situation even worse is that I had my 3-year-old daughter with me, and the place where he dropped us was in the middle of Mumbra Bypass Road (Ghat) — a risky and unsafe location. From there, I could not get any transport and had to walk all the way to the main road, which was extremely unsafe.

This experience has caused great inconvenience and risk to my safety. I request you to investigate this matter and take strict action against the driver to ensure such incidents are not repeated.
