I own an Ola Electric S1 Pro Scooter and from the day of purchase I have been facing issues with the scooter...Recently I had an issue with the scooter so I bought their Ola Care Plan and tried to book for an RSA (ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE) and the customer care executive told me that I have to pay 2999/- because I was booking it for the first time and that it would be free after the first RSA...The company already charged me for the OLA CARE PLAN which already says free RSA and now when I want to book RSA then I am being charged for the same...I even tried to contact the service centre for repair but they told me that the service centre has no parts for the repair for past 2months and that more than 15 scooters were already at their centre for repairs for more than 20days because of no parts availability...I have been facing lots of issues from the scooter but I got no after sales service

I am Fardeen from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. I am filing this complaint against Ola Electric and their Anantapur Dealer (Rudrampeta) for their gross negligence, unprofessional behavior, and fraudulent service claims.

Delivery Date: 31st March 2025
2. Issue:
On 18th April 2025, just 18 days after delivery, my Ola EV’s display unit completely failed. I submitted the vehicle to the Anantapur Service Center (Rudrampeta) for repair.
