Recently, my scooter stopped working, and I had to tow it to the authorized service centre. After submitting the vehicle, I was informed that the service would take approximately 1 to 2 months. However, the service centre has not provided me with a clear or exact timeline for when my scooter will be repaired and returned.

This prolonged delay without a confirmed delivery date is causing me significant inconvenience, as I rely on my scooter for my daily transportation needs.

My scooty in the service centre from 1st of April in rohini delhi store but I'm not received any update on scooty repairing whatever I'm calling in ola support number he every time told you will received call back from our service executive but I'm not received any single call from his side .and experience centre not given any information about this
I'm facing very difficult to my daily conveyance for my office and children school for up down in requesting to please resolve this issue soon as possible
