I'm an owner of ola s1 air from visakhapatnam.
I have submitted my vehicle for battery test at gopalapatnam ola service centre. But they are delaying my vehicle delivery which I need it the most. They don't have proper toll free number or office number. All they can provide is one employee's phone number which is always busy. Today i.e 16/10/2025 they informed me to take the vehicle delivery. So I came from 25 kms to take my vehicle from the service center but after reaching here I found that my vehicle is not turning on. Before I started to come here I confirmed about the condition. I'm losing daily an amount of 500 rupees from four days. My vehicle number is AP40AQ4468. Without proper coordination how can these people at the service waste my time.
