I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the repair of my ola bike, which has been pending for the past 25 days at ola Tathawade, Pune location.

Despite paying an advance of ₹7000, I have received no meaningful updates on the status of the repair. I have contacted your call center multiple times, but the only response I’ve received is that the work is paused due to non-availability of spare parts. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.
