I've been troubled for the last 150-200 days due to battery issues with my Ola S1 Pro 2nd Generation scooter. Recently, the display has also stopped working over the last 10-12 days, and I'm able to ride the scooter using the mobile application. During this period, I've lodged complaints via email around 20-25 times. Whenever I visit the service center, I waste over 2 hours and face inconvenience every time, only to receive the same response: leave the scooter and it'll take 2 months. They claim they'll send it to Bengaluru for repair and return it once fixed.
When I purchased the scooter, the company offered a 5-year extended guarantee with a promise to replace battery and display parts piece by piece in case of issues. However, now that problems have arisen, they're reneging on their promise and asking me to get it repaired, which would leave me without my scooter for 2 months.
I have stored in all the conversations with the company.
Solution: order service center that "create a job card for this particular Ola scooter at your end and return the scooter to the customer. When the spare parts arrive, please call the customer and replace the parts."
