मैने 6 अप्रैल को ola scooty S1+ 4 kWh book करी थी जो मुझे 22 april को delivery देने का बोला था
और मेरे पास मेल भी आ गई 22 april ko delivery हो गई scooty ka number bhi आ गया insurance bhi सुरु हो गया लेकिन अभी तक मुझे कोई delivery नही मिली showroom पता किया तो बोल रहे हैं अभी तक डिस्पैच ही नहीं हुई है उसके बाद भी 10 दिन लग जाते हैं मुझे या तो टाइम पर scooty मिले या या मेरा पैसे इंटरेस्ट समेत मिले सारी फोटा attach file में डाल दी

I Sumer (9991284000),booked an ola s1x 4kWh scooter on 6 april 2026 at the time of booking ,the promissed delivery date was 22 april 2026. However despite the vehicle has not been delivered yet. Moreover ,I have already received confirmation from the rto that my vehicle has been registered, which clearly indicates that the vehicle is ready ,but the company has failed to deliver it.
I have made multiple attempt to contact ola electric though email and app support , but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side . This amounts to deficiency is service and unfair trade practice .
Due to this delay , I am facing inconvenience and financial loss
