Subject: regarding no after sales service

Respected sir/madam
I have a ola scooty purchased last year which is not working properly from last 3 months, but last month it totally breakdown in middle of road and I got stuck in between of road I purchased ola care plan to get emergency roadside assistance but I have complained lots of time to customer care but no solution is provided by ola team I am having a threat of my ola being stolen from in middle of road albut no solution is provided by ola and I am suffering huge loss everyday in my work due toh my ola breakdown so pls do the needful
