1. Mobile purchase on amazon online with green mobile booked on 04 July 2026 and am received on 12 July 2026 at Kurnool.
2. Overall upto 40 days while am talking with the mobile display is hanged and shows green colour and finally it's shows white light colour edges only on top and bottom of the mobile without any physical damage and scratches.
3. And then we reached to service centre with the information of company service centre.
4.They am inform the mobile problem and also told "please check the warranty and repair the mobile display as soon as possible". But they told me mobile display is physical damage that's why we charge for display even the mobile has warranty.
5.They seen the mobile and it don't have any physical damage and scratches but still they are said we charge for mobile display.
6.At service centre we raised the ticket of INIP-CMT-2026082400047.
7.And also contacted to customer service centre several times.
