I was scrolling Instagram and their ad reel comes on my feed. I visited their website "ditchtheguilt.fit" and i loved their offer and order 4 chocolates of 240 prepaid on 27 November 2025. they have shipping policy of deliverying order in 5-7 days but today is 16 days over but i haven't recived any updates by them. so i think they are scammer and i want my money back.

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
