Sir,
I am Shahna,from Kerala State.I saw an ad of clothings in Instagram app.The site name is XWoman.I ordered clothings for Rs.599 on July 31 on that site.
Today,that is 7th August 2025,I got the delivery.I opened it.But, instead of the thing I ordered I have got sanitary napkins and two cardboard pieces.
The physical address given in the site is :- No 45 to 55 Parsm house jahingir pura adajan ahmdabad gujarat 395012
I mailed this issue to the given two mail id 's in the website.Out of the two,one is an invalid mail id,which doesn't exist.
Sir,I have all the proofs attached with this mail:-
*Proof of order confirmation in the website.
*Screenshot of the website.
*Proof of payment done.
*Screenshot of the ma
il I sent.

Also I have the opening video with me.
