I have paid online of Rs 24,000 on 28th August 2025 by discussing with Deputy Manager by name Ajay Joseph Yelamanchali. He committed that he would provide tuition to my daughter online from 5 PM to 7 PM for ICSE syllabus 10 standard. He could not able to provide classes as per the time provided by him after paying the amount, so I have requested him to refund money after 3 classes. He agreed that he will check with Management and refund money by 1st Oct, 2025. Till now he is not refunded.
 
we have taken Grade 7 course for my son from Infinity Learn Srichaitanya . They said, they will provide HOTS as complimentary classes. I am giving call so many times no body is helping me . And no body is reposponding for my emails and calls

We were literally fed up with making a call. Telling the same issue with multiple people. Continued non-response to my communications is unacceptable and is causing undue distress.

Kindly let me know how can I proceed further.
