I had ordered a cake from Swiggy from Harleys Fine Baking for a birthday celebration.
Order Number: 226182269630935

After keeping me waiting for more than an hour at midnight 2AM-3AM my order was cancelled. The order was cancelled without my consent. This has caused a lot of issues to me, it ruined all my surprises for birthday celebration at midnight and caused us a loss emotionally and financially. I demand a compensation for my time wasted and the surprise losses. It wasted more than an hour of mine and I demand compensation as per my hourly earning.

Swiigy team knows they did wrong with the customer and offering me a coupon of 200 Rs. But the embarrasment their service had caused to me is much more than just 200 bucks.
