Order delayed by meesho for about 3 weeks

I am filling a complaint with the order ID 212094888056063937. I placed a order of 3 combo pouches on 21st Oct 2025 and date of delivery was 2 Nov 2025 but today its 9 Nov.. I wrote an email to help@gmail.com but no response. I talked to agent but they are continuously saying that they are resolving the problem. Do they need a month for resolving the problem . It is showing that my order has been shipped and reached at ranchi hub but not yet out for delivery . I needed those pouch in urgent but now what .
I request meesho and their agents to pls deliver my order till tomorrow ( 10 nov 2025) because already its been too too late ... pls look into my issue or I'll need to escalate this issue to consumer court.

I placed my order brass bowl and second is kashmiri eyerrings on 16 April 2026 and sate is delivering 1st order is 24 April and second product delivery date is 27 April but today it's 29 April i raised my complaint is 24 April messho helpline no. And consumer court but no response and I did not get any resolution I talk an messho agent they are continuously saying that they are resolving the problem..it is showing that my both order is shipped and reached dehradun dc on 21 April but not yet out for delivery .i need my both order early and urgent but now what.
I request messho and messho agent to deliver my both order till Tommorow 30 April because already it's been to late around 15 days .plz took into my issue or i ll need to escalate this issue with consumer court

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
