Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email after being completely harassed by the customer service provided through Flipkart App regarding issue with the delivered grocery items.
This needs to be brought into attention that I ordered 29 items from Flipkart grocery and I received only 26 out of the same.
As I was informed that there are 2 shipments carrying 26 items in one shipment and 3 items in another wherein two OTPs were provided to me .I received only 1 shipment of 26 items and 3 items were never delivered to me.
However, after delivery of the 26 items, flipkart showed all 29 items marked as delivered.It was very clear that 2nd shipment was never attempted or there may be some technical issues with the app showing all items delivered.
I have been in constant touch with customer care executives to get my issue resolved but never got resolution.
I have not received - Ashirwad ata 5kg,
Ashirwad ghee -1 kg and fortune sugar - 1 kg.
Kindly help us either in getting refund delivery of these products .
