I have placed a prepaid order for chocolates on 12 Aug 2026. They claimed to ship prepaid order within 1 day. I am still awaiting the delivery of the product. I tried to contact them through WhatsApp and call but got no response. I have not received any further communication from their end regarding delivery. I want to raise a formal complaint against the seller for not fulfilling the order and not providing refund. Order id - 68489
