I placed an order on Blinkit on 31 January at 1:43 AM.
The delivery partner called once, which I could not answer immediately.
Within seconds, I tried calling him multiple times while he was shown to be only
200 meters away, but he did not respond.
Despite no delivery being made, the order was falsely marked as “Delivered”.
I did not receive the goods at all.
This act amounts to clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I suffered financial loss and mental harassment due to the negligence of Blinkit
and its delivery partner.
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to direct the opposite party to:
1. Refund the full order amount
2. Pay compensation for mental harassment
3. Take corrective action to prevent such inci
dents in future
