I ordered a shoes from www.findyourkicks.com on 23rd march,2025. It’s been more than 50 days I haven’t received my order yet and when asked update regarding order on mail they reply late and say it’s in process - you will receive order. I asked refund multiple times but they are not willing to give me.

This website got funding from shark tank in season 2 so I thought of ordering from them. But they are just scam and doing fake promotion on social media.

I’m facing different issue - my order has not been dispatched yet. Find your kicks team says we don’t have authentic shoes in India to give you so sourcing from international market but it’s been more than a month

I ordered a pair of sneakers from find your kicks on 29th may 2025 which obviously they haven’t delivered yet. Every time i ask for an update on my order- which i ask for every second day at this point now- i get a reply from them after a day or two which is supposed to sound reassuring but divulges no information about the status of the dispatch or if they even have the pair that i ordered with them. When asked for refund they curtly reply that they have no refund policy in place and become silent when asked if they can keep people’s hard earned money forever.
