The attached file is the payment details. It's been nearly 20 days still i did not receive the order. I have filled the complaint so many times in their official website but there is no response from their side.. Please take necessary actions on it.

File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
