I have placed a money magnet bracelet from the above site, I have made a payment online of Rs 996.83 on 14th Dec’24 however I did not get my stuff as in date 25th Dec’24. I tried to contact through what’s app no and email them at support@signtificindia.com but there were no revert from their side. I checked the AWB No- but the merchant/courier cancelled it as no stuff received from the seller.
The seller address is -

  • All orders placed with Aliens Crib are shipped from our registered office in Kolkata, India.
    BA 56, Salt Lake, Sector 1, Kolkata, India Postal Code: 700064.
I wrote mails and request for refund but no response from there side. I checked their Facebook profile and everyone saying as it’s fraud there are many ppl who has not received their product after making payment.

Kindly help to get my refund .
