I am meciya.i hereby insist that my money has been exploited by Lakshmi gas service in Thanjavur,
What is the issue to me ?
First of all i would like to sue on payment of non delivery of cylinder with an invoice is made without by the above mentioned gas service and i have been disappointed by them and when I ask or enquire about my booking cylinder no response have given to me instead some time they ignored my calls.
Now what should i do to recover my amount or to receive same ordered by name of "packiyam" and is there any ideology to fulfill my regards
Now I am looking certain help from the judiciary government and seeking firm support.

  1. Step 1: File an online complaint on Bharat Gas portal with booking number & dealer details.
  2. Step 2: Call Bharat Gas toll-free and demand immediate action.
  3. Step 3: If no response within 7 days → escalate to Nodal Officer + Consumer Helpline.
  4. Step 4: As last step → file case in consumer court (you don’t need a lawyer for small claims like this).

  1. Contact Bharath Gas Customer Care
    • Bharath Gas Customer Care Number: 1800-267-7777
    • Call or email explaining the non-delivery and request intervention.
  2. File a Complaint with Local Consumer Forum
    • If the dealer or Bharath Gas does not respond or resolve, file a complaint with your local consumer court for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
  3. File a Complaint on National Consumer Helpline
    • Register your complaint online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  4. Approach District Legal Authorities
    • If payment has been taken without delivery, it can be considered cheating. File an FIR at your local police station.
  5. Social Media & Public Platforms
    • Use social media or consumer complaint websites to report the issue, which can sometimes speed up the response.
