Hi Team,
I visited the Truww Hinjewadi office for a home furniture estimate by end of January 2026. I was pressured into paying a token amount of Rs. 25,000 to lock in a promotional discount, with a clear verbal guarantee that the amount was 100% refundable if I opted out.
Within a month, I decided not to proceed and formally requested a refund via their support system. Since then, the local team has completely ghosted me. They have ignored my calls and WhatsApp messages. I even visited their physical office, but the manager/representative refused to meet me. No services have been rendered by Truww to date.
Given the complete lack of response from Truww, I request your urgent intervention to help me recover my money.
