Hope you are doing good.
I have a grievance to register.
I ordered a sandal for my kid on 10th of October. The size was big hence I requested an exchange. No action was taken for almost 3 weeks. I reached out to customer care again and requested a refund and pick up of the item. Today the pick up was done but by mistake they took another Myntra package (shoes which was worth 3445 instead of sandals worth 299)
I reached out to customer care but was hugely disappointed that they did not do anything. The pick was done a few hours earlier and they refused that they could do nothing.
I need help.
1- Please either help me get my package back and they can pick the right amazon product
2- Or please give me credit note in my amazon pay balance so that I am not at loss due to mistake by delivery partner
