"Dear Sir,

I am Vivek Subhash Pitrubhakta from Nashik. On August 5th, I visited the City Center Mall and went to a shop called Peelgrim . After visiting the shop, they suggested some products according to my skin type and assured me that there would be no side effects. I trusted them and purchased the products. However, after a few days, I had a severe reaction to the product, and my face became completely red and swollen. I visited the shop again and spoke to the store manager, but they gave me an evasive response.

After that, I sent a mail to the company mentioning the entire incident, but they didn't reply. My request to you is that action should be taken against this company, and I should get a refund for the product and compensation for the hospital charges and further treatment. I request you to take necessary action in this matter.
