I had booked a villa with Homestay - Pinewood, 6BHK Pawana via their official website and contacted the property manager directly - Mr. Saurabh Satish Gajul. We paid the entire amount of INR 20,000 upfront and were promised our accomodation. Due to last minute circumstances, my mother had a bypass surgery and they agreed to put the villa on sale for the weekend and adjust our booking later by giving us a credit for the night booked.

However, they are not responding to calls or emails and have blocked our contacts.
