Hello
@arunasjagadeesh
Thank you for reaching out. We have read your post and here is a quick summary of what we understood — please confirm if everything is correct.
You enrolled your son in
PlanetSpark online classes and paid
₹57,658. Due to your son's
eyesight problem, his doctor advised him to stop attending online classes. You requested a refund and raised
4 tickets, but
PlanetSpark kept closing them, claiming more than 5 classes were attended. However, your son only attended
2 trial classes, 1 performance class, and 1 practice class, plus one session just to discuss the refund issue with the teacher.
Despite a valid medical reason, the refund of
₹57,658 has not been processed.
We are outlining the
first step to be taken before filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted
PlanetSpark via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.
Step: 1
We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to
customersupport@planetspark.in outlining your issue, including admission details and any previous correspondence and request to
Refund within 7 days.
Step: 2 - Offline
