I am writing this complaint as the parent of daughter to formally escalate our complaint regarding the extremely poor and unacceptable service we have experienced in your program, despite having paid the full fees in advance.

This is not a one-off issue. We have repeatedly raised complaints with your team, but there has been no meaningful resolution. The continued failure to provide regular classes, the repeated absence or unavailability of teachers, and the incorrect representation of class attendance on your portal have caused severe inconvenience, frustration, and loss of trust.

For your reference, we have already raised the following complaints:

Ticket #442183 – Learning Teacher not available since last week
We informed your team that the assigned learning teacher was unavailable, not responding to calls, and not replying to messages.

Ticket #447859 – Cancellation of Planet Spark Program for my Daughter
We clearly communicated our decision to cancel the program due to lack of teacher allocation, discontinuity in coaching, and unsatisfactory service, and requested an immediate refund.

Ticket #455009 – Incorrect Learning Class Count
We highlighted that your web portal is incorrectly showing 10 out of 25 classes attended, whereas in reality no such number of valid learning classes has taken place.

To reiterate the facts:

11 April 2026 (Saturday): No class was conducted by KamalJeet Kaur (Teacher ID: 1655271). We waited for 2–3 hours, and only after repeated follow-up were we informed that the timing did not suit the teacher and that she was overloaded.
4 April 2026: This was only a PTM/discussion to understand the child’s learning gaps. It was not a formal learning session and cannot be counted as a completed class.
28 March 2026: No teacher joined the session.
Earlier assigned teacher Pooja Chauhan had effectively become absconding/unreachable.
Despite all this, your portal has continued to show completed/attended classes incorrectly. This is not only a serious service gap but also a misleading and unacceptable representation of the actual services delivered.

The biggest concern here is that this is not just an operational issue. Your repeated failures are directly affecting our child’s learning continuity, confidence, mental engagement, and developmental progress. A child enrolled in a structured learning program requires consistency, reliability, and academic support. Instead, what we have received is uncertainty, repeated cancellations, no-shows, lack of accountability, and constant follow-up from our side. This has disrupted our daughter’s routine and learning momentum and has caused unnecessary stress to both the child and us as parents.

We have shown considerable patience and cooperated in good faith for far too long. However, your continued failure to provide the promised service, despite repeated complaints and advance payment, leaves us with no confidence in your platform.

Accordingly, please treat this as our final formal notice for the following:

Immediate cancellation of the program for our daughter.
Full refund of the fees paid in advance, since the services committed by PlanetSpark have not been delivered in a proper, consistent, or professional manner.
A written confirmation that the incorrect class count/attendance record on the portal has been corrected and that no false consumption of classes will be shown against our account.
Please provide written confirmation and initiate the full refund within 7 days of receipt of this email.

In the event that this matter is not resolved within the above timeline, we will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action and pursue remedies available to us for deficiency of service, misrepresentation of class delivery, and financial as well as educational loss caused to our child and family, entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences.

We expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it deserves and resolved immediately.

We have gone through your post in detail and want to make sure we have understood your situation correctly — please read through and flag anything we may have missed.

Your daughter was enrolled in PlanetSpark's program for which you paid the full fees in advance. However, the experience has been deeply disappointing — the assigned teacher Pooja Chauhan became completely unreachable, and her replacement KamalJeet Kaur failed to show up for the class on 11th April 2026, citing scheduling issues. On 28th March 2026, no teacher joined the session at all, and the 4th April session was merely a PTM discussion — not a learning class. Despite all this, PlanetSpark's portal incorrectly shows 10 out of 25 classes as completed, which is a complete misrepresentation.

You have already raised 3 support tickets (Ticket #442183, #447859, and #455009) but received no meaningful resolution. You are now demanding an immediate cancellation, a full refund, and correction of the false class attendance records on the portal.

What makes this even more serious is that this directly impacts your daughter's learning, consistency, and confidence — something no parent should have to deal with after paying in full and in good faith.
