1. The complainant purchased a POCO F6 5G mobile phone from Flipkart on 15.02.2025 along with a Screen Damage Protection Plan worth ₹899 sold by Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd.


2. On 10.03.2025, the mobile phone’s touch screen got damaged.


3. The complainant filed a claim with Jeeves on 12.03.2025. Despite the protection plan, Jeeves demanded ₹1500 as processing charges, which the complainant paid on 14.03.2025. Thereafter, the phone was collected.


4. On 18.03.2025, the complainant received a Razorpay link demanding ₹19,999 more without prior intimation.


5. On 20.03.2025, the complainant contacted customer care but no satisfactory resolution was provided.

Reliefs Sought

Refund of ₹1500 paid towards repair/processing charges.

Immediate return of the complainant’s phone in the same condition as collected.

Action against wrongful demand of ₹19,999.

Suitable compensation for harassment, mental agony, and deficiency in service.

Any other relief deemed fit by this Hon’ble Commission.
