Dear Sir.,
As i was did my Car service (Front suspension replacement) at SRI SARADAMBAL AUTOS (AMBAL AUTO SERVICE) at Gobichettipalayam located at Erode district, Tamilnadu. After servicing i am facing serious performance issues related wheel rubbing which leads to wheels gets worn-out within very few kilometers.
From the date of replacement i feel very uncomfortable, and from then i am raising concern with AMBAL SERVICE SHOWROOM till today my issue does not get resolved. Now from the Brach manager till VP service is not supporting for rectifying the issues and they are kept on insisting me to replace one by one spare at my cost and not even taking their responsivity to settle the issues permanently.
Note: I have handed over the vehicle for addressing complaint on 17/01/2026, even after15 days they have not resolved and return the car.
