I have ordered 4 set product silver toe ring from Myntra whereas I had just received 2 sets of toe ring.
Upon asking from delivery guy in the same delivery day they said for now that’s the only one is there, another person will come for rest ones.
Now after reaching Myntra and stating the same situation that I Havnt received the product they are still not supportive and claiming that it has been delivered.I have further asked them to prove it but they had no words.
These incident literally spoil the customer’s trust over online shopping and system. As it’s my hard earned money and with such support and behaviour from company and brand is not acceptable.
Please help me to get my ~2000rs back I haven’t received the product.
