I ordered a medicine on 11 july 2026, basically a gel from netmeds. when it was getting delivered on 16 july 2026 the delivery boy marked it to be delivered even before handing it over to me. the package was empty and NOT sealed. it only had a prescription and no medicine or any product. still he asked me to request for a refund and went. i have requested netmeds for refund several times since then but they are either not accepting any fault from their end or do not receive calls at all. i know i am truthful and injustice has happened to me and hence i am writing this message to you. kindly, pay attention to my issues. for this i shall be obliged to you. name - Prachi Raj. order ID is 17837933093811562433.
