I have ordered 3 statue of Lord Ganesh ji (krishnagallery1 brand name). Parcel had delivered me on 28th Dec-25 but inside it instead of 3 statue of Lord Ganesh ji, I found only one statue of ''Sai baba''.
I raised the complaint for all 3 products:
1. Return ID 12303323005610435087---Refund initiated
2.Return ID 12103323004775814665---Refund initiated
3.Return ID12203323003661936824----Refund is not initiated yet.
I raised again complaint on 2nd Jan-25 (Incident: IN25010209325387811221). Instead of resolving the issue, my account was blocked.
I have provided all the pics of product as requested by customer care while on call, but issue is not resolved
