I ordered Egate Atom 4X+ 4K HDR Projector from Flipkart on 1st Aug'26 but item after reaching to hub your team failed to deliver the product after multiple follow ups i cancelled the product and I re ordered another product on 12th Aug'26 this time after multiple follow ups i received the product on 20th Aug'26 but product was not working properly so I opt for replacement so as per your team confirmation product suppose to be replaced on 27th Aug'26 but till today I not received the product.
Amount got already paid to flipkart from bank and bank team started EMI also for me.
Request you to kindly resolve the issue on priority.
