• Hi, this is Naresh, I booked two rooms at Hotel OYO Chamundi Hills, Mysuru, through platform Goibibo for 09 August 2025. The booking was confirmed, and payment was made in advance
• On 09 August 2025 at around 12:00 PM, I went along with my family (including wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law) arrived in Mysuru for check-in. However, on reaching the provided location, the hotel was not traceable. So, I searched for several hours and finally, around 10:00 PM, located the place where they said hotel previously operated. The staff there confirmed that the hotel had been closed for a long time, and several travelers had faced the same issue.
• I immediately contacted Goibibo customer care, who also failed to reach the hotel reception and after nearly two hours of calls assured us that an alternate hotel would be arranged. However, no alternative accommodation was provided by Goibibo despite repeated requests.
• After that me and my family were left stranded in front of a non-existent hotel almost 8 hours late at night. Ultimately, I was forced to arrange a last-minute room for me at 11:45 PM. And I am also incurred extra cab charges as the driver had to travel additional distance and charge night allowance.

1) Enter Password to open (Check WhatsApp).
2) Take Printout of all documents.
3) Notarize the Affidavit.

5) Scan all the documents.
6) Upload the documents on E-Jagriti portal.

I have some more doubts on the above attached documents,
1) In each and every document mentioned 09th September, 2025. which date I have to mention in the copies either situation happened date or current date.
2) and above documents mentioned Mysore address, but I located in Bangalore, so I changed into Bangalore as per 2nd image, can you please let me know is it correct or not (Bangalore consumer address I mentioned in the 3rd image).
3) situation happens in Mysore, but any chance for filing in Bangalore also? can you please explain me ?
