We have received a damaged piece. Despite emailing them and sending messages on the whatsapp, they are sending late responses asking for more pictures.
Though we sent more pictures, they are not responding now. It is of Rs.11000 chair, not a small amount.
We do not want to have the chair and expecting refund from them .
