Please find attached copy of Development Agreement registered 10664 dated 20 October 2020 . Construction work started in Mach 2024
4 Years delayed.Amit N Zaware Developer Shreeyoug Associates Sai Developers sold out 2 Flats out of 4 his 50 percent share as per Agreement. Now Amit N Zaware not giving me possession of 2 flats out of 4 which is my share 50 percent share as per Agreement 10664 dated 20 October 2020.Hence this is complain about possession of 2 Flats my Right share
