I have ordered a Realme Techlife 10kg top loading fully automatic washing machine through flipart on 7th September 2026 and machine was delivered at home on 11th September. The free installation and demo was happened on 13th but it was not successful as the machine was not functioning.
The technician informed us to go for return or replacement. We initiated the process and after several followup the return was accepted and machine was picked 20th September.
But it is unfortunate to see in my web page showing that the return and refund is cancelled. Currently the machine is not our home.
I dont understand in seeing such update in flipkart and the customer care chating or call back is not fruitful answer in fact.
Please need your support for having refund at the earliest.
