Sir,
I hv ordered shoes rack with 4shelfs And 2 door on Flipkart online flatform dated 15th July 2026 and received on 20th July 2026.
On opening product found damaged, very next day informed to supplier with photo ( no. given in product box). And they agreed to send replacement.
Till date I hv not received and supplier gave many reasons for delay, now they are avoiding my phone calls.
I applied return on Flipkart flatform twice but rejected.
And not responding.

Was this an Open Box delivery ??

Physical Inspection: You checked the item for visible scratches, dents, or missing accessories before accepting it.

Delayed OTP: You provided the delivery verification OTP only after completing the physical check.
