I ordered a Raspberry Pi 5 (16GB) from Amazon India on 21 July 2025. However, I received a Raspberry Pi 4 instead.
I tried to return the item several times. Although the return was initially accepted, I receive a cancellation message every evening. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I am told the return pickup will happen the next day — but no pickup is ever attempted.
Customer service assured me that an advance refund would be processed within 24 hours, but no such action has been taken. I have call recordings as proof of all conversations. This issue has been ongoing for over a week and remains unresolved.
