Redrail refund not recive my booking was cancelled on 15 july but refund not recived i am sent a mail but no responce by redrail

Refund not recived by red rail iam fetch this issue many times my name is himesh patidar
Booking ID U8C63362650 (I am booked train ticket dungarpur to jaipur and this ticket was cancelled automatically, and refund was not come into my account, I booked my ticket, 26 days ago, but refund was not coming to my account )

  • Or in person at your nearest Cyber Crime Police Station
When filing your complaint, please include all relevant details such as screenshots, transaction records, email communications, and any other supporting documentation.
