what is the meaning of complaint/ resolution and customer service.
Re-opened complaints also closed without customer knowledge.
Un satisfaction of JIO Service.
I was surprised to say this how complaint will close without customer confirmation and approval.
I have given complaints to customer care but the back end dept is closing complaint without customer knowledge.
I have sent mail to jio ad they send reply mail like your service will resolve on top priority basis but there is not proper response.
Note : I have observed so many people are suffering same issue . I have seen this consumer complaint section. Jio
multiple calls to your customer support,
I have not received any proper solution.
Team has scheduled several technical visits, pr that a technician would come to location — yet no one has shown up each time.
This has caused continued inconvenience and reflects extremely poor service standards.
I have attached complaint status for your reference.
I strongly suggest to jio team,
To lookinto this issue. Beocz it will effect to jio Good will.
Other network provides are having authorised nodal office option to complaint.
if any issue not resolved.
but jio is failure to provide this option
and there is no option to escalate like this issue to backed dept.
This is a final intimation to jio for Rectify this issue or I will go next step ad also demanding to refund amount as the same cancellation of connection.
I will be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Court against your company for negligence, service deficiency, and mental harassment.
