Dear Horsepower Nutrition Team,
I purchased your Weight Gain Combo on 23-03-2026 with a money-back guarantee.
I used the product continuously for 30 days along with a proper diet, but there was no increase in my weight. My weight remained almost the same.
I paid a total amount of ₹5,000 for the product (₹200 online payment + ₹4,800 Cash on Delivery).
As per the money-back guarantee, I requested a refund from the seller, Sumit Duhan, Panipat, but I have not received my refund and I am not getting a proper response.
I therefore request you to:
Process my ₹5,000 refund immediately.
Provide me with a written confirmation of the refund.
Resolve my complaint at the earliest.
If my refund is not processed, I will be compelled to pursue the matter through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and other appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
