I would like to submit a complaint regarding the delay in refund for my cancelled flight with Saudia Airlines.
My flight from Dammam to Jeddah (via Riyadh) was cancelled by the airline on 13 March 2026. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for the refund. No proper update or resolution has been provided so far.

Flight Details:
Passenger Name: 1) Kamil Raza ii) Farida Anjum
Airline: Saudia Airlines
Flight Numbers: SV1161 and SV1017
Booking Reference (PNR): 9Z6GX4
Travel Date: 13 March 2026
Route: Dammam → Riyadh → Jeddah
