This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable makemytrip. It has been over two months and I still have not received my refund
Whenever I call makemytrip support team. I am told that the refund has not been received from the airline. However, when I contact the airline, they clearly state that the refund has already been processed from their side.
What exactly is going on? Why am I being given conflicting information?
I have followed up multiple times, and this delay is completely unreasonable Please check this matter urgently and provide a clear update along with a confirmed timeline for my refund.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this issue further.
