Dear Sir/Mam, I am writing to raise consumer complaint regarding the delay in receiving a refund of fee paid to university i was admitted to your ( Warsaw University of Business and Psychology “Moderna” ) institution and paid the required tution fee/application due to medical condition i withdraw my application /enrollment and requested a refund in accordance with the university refund policy . My refund request was submitted on 30th sep 2025. Warsaw also responded that the promise date is 7th feb2026. I have also not received a satisfactory explanation for the delay or clear timeline for when the refund will be issued. My Details are as follows & attached screenshots. Full Name : Soma .Atholisandhyarani Student/Application number : 198154. Program : Master of Management Amount Paid: ₹331441.00/INR Payment Date: 10th May2025. My location : India

I'm also in this position waiting for refund from 7 months. Same university
