I purchased mooda from Amazon.
Order placed

Order was delivered on October 3rd and picked up on 21st October inspite I filed its return timely as it was Diwali .
And then one of Amazon customer executive arranged its return pick up by mistake .
I called and told that my item was already picked up and its picks up was created by mistake again so correct and update it . But your customer executive said we can cancel as there is risk you will not get your refund . So he suggested just told delivery man that it was already picked up when he come to pick it up again .
So i did as suggested . And now the result is I am not getting my refund .
So i would like to escalate my issue and want my refund of 1400 rs . Please can anyone help me ?
