Dear Sir / Madam,

I had booked the following ticket through makemytrip.com :

Singapore Airlines ticket (Electronic Ticket Receipt number 618 2464734608) purchased online on on 28 May 2025, for travel from Sydney (SYD) to Hyderabad (HYD) on 24 July 2025.
I had paid an amount of INR 27050 for the ticket.

I had to cancel the ticket, which I did on 20 July 2025.
Singapore Airlines issued Refund Notice number 618 2464734608 for the cancellation.
The amount due for refund was the tax, which was INR 7230.

INR 7230 was required to be refunded to me by makemytrip.com.
makemytrip.com has not issued me the refund despite contacting them on 02 August, 17 August and 06 September 2025, by email.
The Singapore Airlines Refund Notice has also been forwarded to makemytrip.com to facilitate the refund.

On the makemytrip app, the Refund Details show the Airline Cancellation Fee as INR 27050, which is not corect.
The Refund Notice issued by Singapore Airlines clearly say that the Cancellation Fee is INR 19820.

Since the ticket was cancelled, the tax applicable is not be charged and hence the refund of INR 7230 is due.

It is requested that the refund of INR 7230 may kindly be facilitated and provided to me, at the earliest.

Kind regards
