Dear Sir
we have made booking for Home Furniture by Paying 25000/- on dated 31 March 2025 through G-pay. they show us furniture made of Plywood Material @ there show room & they have offered Discount of 35% on Estimated amount of 11.5 Lakh that is 8.3 lakh they pressure me to make booking immediately by paying 25000/- by G-Pay & 100000/- by cheque payment so we have done payment of 25000/- by G-Pay & decided to make visit on construction site to verify furniture quality & Material they are providing to Customers I found very low quality of Materials on Site made up of MDF sheet despite of Plywood sheet so we decided not to go with livespsce company products & contacted company Manager & ask to Refund my 25000/- they said to contact Company Customer care we have made many email & calls to Customer Care but still they have not responding therefore requesting you to please resolve my issue by Refunding 25000/- from livspace India Private Ltd

Hello, i am also not interested with livespace service, can you provide me the 25k amount back or if possible can I buy some article from there as it was said by one employee that in cancellation policy we can't get refund but can get buy any article from livespace.

Hi on sunday 24th August 25, we went to lifespace noida 16c sector and we impressed with their marketing and our deal also done with amount of Rs.25,000 and then as per promised by Sanya (72499 00944) and her manager told as per their calculations they told the whole work will be processed in 4.91 lakhs and they told will complete within 40 days means will get before diwali and they schedule the call for measurements on monday. But they were not on there words and it got delay with time. Secondly they said they will provide fresh new work with lot of designs and not simple but after the discussion call with layout and other team they were increasing price and on that costings it was basic which we were not expecting on 24th. So after family discussion we thought to drop the plan. And we conclude with messages in the group that we are not forwarding this project with you . But no reply putting us in ghost mode. Asking for refund or cut only cut 5k measurement fees other plz give back but no reply. So we are helpless. And i belongs to the middleclass family and i can't give away this 25k so lightly, as i am not much earning so i request my money back. But no reply. So i request to please help me in this . I provided the persons detail above. PID- 4111438. I hope i will get win and will get my money back.

I want to file a formal complaint against LivSpace, Hinjewadi, Pune, regarding misrepresentation and non-disclosure of terms before booking the project,

I have requested for cancellation of the project and full refund of the booking amount to the Livspace team, but I am not getting any response

Steps I have taken to get this resolved from my end:

1. Called the official helpline: 1800-309-0930 -> multiple times -> but not getting definitive response, only vague response some team is handling the issue, but no one reaches out about it
